About Me
Hi! My name is Kat Barlow and I am so ready to tell your story. I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I remember. I was born in Tyler, Texas and now currently live in Dallas. I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and started my love for film and photo in high school capturing sports. This landed me an internship with a marketing agency with the University of Kansas basketball and football teams. If I wasn’t at the Pi Beta Phi house (ring Ching!) I was either curtsied or on the sidelines deepening my passion for sports media! When Covid hit the sports world slowed. Naturally, this is when I began my wedding business full time and never looked back! I graduated from the University of Kansas in May of 2023 and took my business full time to Dallas, TX! It's been 6+ years of endless fun and creating the best relationships with clients turned friends. My current favorite things are spicy sushi, a disgustingly dirty martini, and a good heated pilates class.
Film is my passion. Every time I create a new project or meet a new client I get excited. Talking and getting to know my clients, their personalities, and creating personal content is the most rewarding experience. Do not be surprised if I am hyping you up on your big day — it is what I do!
